As a company we have a passion for keeping people safe, whether that is while you are at work or in your daily life, you have the right to be safe and live your life safely and we have made it our mission to help you do that.

Here at SBRT we believe in three key points when delivering training:

  1. Simplicity: We pride ourselves on the fact that our training is simple, easy to use, and easy to remember

  2. Fun: We believe training needs to be fun as people learn more in an environment where they feel safe and are having fun and they enjoy their training experience

  3. Effective: Most importantly training needs to be effective, unfortunately there is too much training out there today that simply does not work.

All our Conflict Management trainers delivering training to the NHS have attended the NHS CFSMS Conflict Resolution National Syllabus Familiarisation Seminar & our training meets the 10 objectives as identified by CFSMS relating to the Conflict Management National Syllabus.
