PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If payment is made by card, a card fee will be added to the invoice to cover the transaction fee for card payments.

All handouts & certificates remain the property of BR Specialists until we are in receipt of payment.

All customers are required to make payment by the due date, normally the day before the course commences (unless agreement has been made to the contrary).

All discounted courses require payment by the day before the training is due to commence (unless agreement has been made to the contrary)

Failure to pay by the due date (unless agreement has been to the contrary) will incur a daily late payment penalty until payment is made. ( please see charges 10 & 11 below).

All private courses require payment at least 14 days before the course date.

Cancellation of courses within 21 days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full course cost.

Cancellation of courses within 14 days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the full course cost.

Cancellation of courses within 7 days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full course cost.

Late payments will incur a charge of £100.00 + VAT per day, (unless otherwise agreed).

In the event of legal proceedings being instigated to recover outstanding payments the debtor will meet all costs.
