PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

If payment is made by cheque, then we require receipt 5 working days before the due date to allow sufficient time for payments to clear by the due date.

All handouts, certificates remain the property of BR Specialists until we are in receipt of payment.

All new customers are required to make payment on completion of the training course (unless agreement has been made to the contrary

All discounted courses require payment to be made on completion of the training course (unless agreement has been made to the contrary) otherwise a new invoice for the discounted amount will be raised automatically.

All non-discounted courses require payment within 28 days of completion of courses otherwise the late payment penalty will be implemented (please see charges section below).

All Train the Trainer courses require payment at least 14 days before the course date for ICM membership and registration.

All private courses require payment at least 14 days before the course date.

Cancellation of courses within 14 days of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full course cost.

Cancellation of courses within 24 hours of the course will incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of the course.

Late payments will incur a charge of £8.00 + VAT per day, (unless otherwise agreed).

In the event of legal proceedings being instigated to recover outstanding payments the debtor will meet all costs.
