We Don’t Increase Prices Lightly. Here’s Why This One Matters

For over 34 years, we’ve made a conscious effort to keep our pricing fair, stable, and accessible. It’s never been something we adjust lightly, and in many cases, we’ve absorbed rising costs rather than passing them on.

The last time we increased our prices was in May 2024. Since then, like most organisations, we’ve seen steady increases in the day-to-day cost of delivering what we do.

That includes the practical realities of how we work. We travel to our clients, delivering training on-site so teams can learn in their own environment, without disruption. That means fuel, time on the road, and logistics all form part of the service. Alongside that, there is the growing demand for experienced trainers and the time it takes to deliver sessions properly, without cutting corners.

There comes a point where you have to make a decision. Either you hold prices where they are and begin to compromise on delivery, or you make a measured adjustment and protect the standard of training people rely on.

We’ve chosen to protect the standard.

Because for us, quality isn’t a buzzword. It’s the difference between training that simply ticks a box, and training that actually prepares people for difficult, real-life situations. It’s the difference between theory and lived experience. Between a session that’s delivered, and one that’s understood.

Our courses are built around that principle. We come to you, working within your environment so the training reflects what your teams actually face day to day. Sessions are adapted, not generic. And they’re delivered by trainers who bring real experience into the room, not just slides and scripts.

That’s what people consistently tell us they value. We regularly hear about the clarity of delivery, the professionalism of the trainers, and the way sessions are handled with patience, realism and respect. Those standards don’t happen by accident, and they’re not something we’re willing to dilute.

As General Manager, Nick Attard puts it:“We’ve always taken pride in keeping our pricing fair. It’s never been about increasing costs for the sake of it. But we also won’t compromise on the quality of training we deliver. Our responsibility is to make sure people feel safer, more confident, and properly prepared in real-world situations. That standard has to be maintained.”

We understand that any price increase matters. It’s something we approach carefully, and only when it becomes necessary to maintain the level of service we believe in.

Our aim remains the same as it always has been. To deliver training that is relevant, practical, and genuinely useful to the people receiving it. And to do so in a way that stays fair, transparent, and consistent over time.
